If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will gladly issue a refund of the product price back to you. Your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee starts the day your item is delivered to you and ends the day you ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your package to us.

Concise Home is not responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier.

Step 4: Once we have received your return, we ensure that the product is correct, the packaging is complete, and the manual and accessories are complete, we will gladly issue you a refund of the product price back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds generally process within 7 business days of receiving your return. A confirmation email is sent if we have your email address on file.

All Concise Home products, when purchased as new from a certified Concise Home vendor, come with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty against any defects in manufacturing. All Concise Home products come with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. This applies to products purchased from our authorized retailers online and in store. The 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty begins the day your item is purchased and ends a year from that day. The one-year manufacturer's warranty does not extend to replacement units and the followings:

Products purchased as used or second-hand
Products purchased from unauthorized retailer and distributor
Damage resulted from misuse of product
Damage resulted from water or other liquids
Damage resulted from chemicals, fire, and/or radioactive substances
Damage resulted from natural disaster
